On the 13th December 2023 NAWOU held a one day training on the Gender Responsive, leadership, budgeting and sharpening of pitching skills. The training involved the MPs, Councilors from Karamoja districts, consortium partners and women leaders from CSOs and private entities.

On 26th November, 2024 UWOPA together with the Domestic Violence Act Coalition & members of Parliament launched the 16 Days of Activism against GBV.
